At Nazwa Scents, we take great pride in the quality of our fragrances and handmade products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re always here to help if something isn’t right.
Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal scent products, opened or used items cannot be returned.
Exchanges

If you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will gladly send a replacement or offer store credit.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products (including perfumes, attars, room sprays, bakhoor, and oils

Our team will review your request and provide step-by-step return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
